Motor Caravans
First Van
This motor caravan was my first vehicle. I bought it in 1984 when I was living in Manchester but contracting in Kendal in the Lake District. Thanks to it, I was able to spend many glorious evenings and weekends walking in the Lake District, and to learn to windsurf on Lake Windermere, to orienteer, and to canoe.
First Car
My second vehicle was a Metro car. I had learnt to drive in one.
Second Van
My third vehicle is another motor caravan. I have used it a great deal when working away from home in Milton Keynes. In fact I have spent over a year of nights in it, when working at Longbridge, Solihull, Redditch and Peterborough. I have yet to spend a single night's holiday in it!
